Vintage All Wood Patterned Rolling Pin

Description

This is a neat pre owned vintage Patterned Wood Rolling Pin. The rolling pin is 14" from tip to tip of the handles, and looks to be made of hard wood, but I am unsure what kind. The two painted handles are connected by a wooden dowel rod through the middle of the roller which is embellished with a series of random images, many of which are pictured. The images are actually depressions in the wood so will produce a raised version of the image on what ever medium you are using it on. The rolling pin is in good condition with no cracks or chips in the wood, but  does have the paint worn thin on the handles. The rolling pin weighs less than 9 ounces.
